With a BSc in Food Science and Technology from the University of Nairobi, her expertise lies in promoting food safety, security, and quality, along with sustainable and regenerative practices in agriculture. In her capacity at KERA, she spearheads strategic initiatives aimed at integrating regenerative agriculture principles into the company's operations, emphasizing soil health, biodiversity, and ecosystem resilience to foster a more sustainable and resilient food system. Beyond her role at KERA, Dendry actively engages in initiatives such as the Agroecology and Agrobiodiversity Training Course and the International Training Course on Organic Agriculture, advocating for sustainable farming methods that regenerate the land and enhance ecosystem health.
