With a Bachelor's Degree in Wildlife Enterprise and Management from the Egerton University, he has developed a strong foundation in wildlife ecology, range management, and environmental practices. His career objectives are centered on leadership, responsibility, and accountability with strong commitment to practicing his professional skills to deliver the best results, integrating them with his personal qualities to create conducive working environment, and being part of a team that efficiently manages resources to achieve organizational missions. He is a member of the Wildlife Enterprise Management Association (WIEMA).
