With experience in managing all operational, strategic, financial, staffing, and administrative functions of projects, he has strong expertise in leading full lifecycle projects that consistently produce in-scope, high-quality deliverables on time, within budget and to full satisfaction of goals.

Polycarp takes ownership of accurately estimating, procuring optimal resources, assigning suitable tasks, tracking project costs and leveling workloads to ensure all milestones are completed according to plan. He is a proactive leader skilled in transforming teams, forging productive relationships, coordinating overall strategy and propelling the organization to higher peaks for success.

For over 15 years, Polycarp has been consistently working in the finance and banking sectors in remarkable institutions such as Equity Bank Ltd, I & M Bank and SGS - Global Resources dedicating his expertise as Relationship Officer, Credit Administrator, Relationship Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Project Management and Business Partnership Analyst, Project Manager, Project Delivery Manager, and Group Senior Project Manager.

Polycarp is a holder of Post Graduate Diploma from KIMs College, Bachelors of Commerce in Finance from the University of Nairobi, Masters of Business Management in Finance and Financial Management, and currently undertaking PhD in Leadership and Governance at JKUAT. He has certification and trainings in Sustainable Finance Initiatives certificate (SFI) with the Kenya Bankers Association, Certified Islamic Finance Executive with the Ethica Institute of Islamic Finance Dubai, Business Process Management Specialist with the IBM CIFE, Project Management Certification (PMC), and Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
